【工作内容】
1、作为IT与业务之间的桥梁，深入所负责的业务域（财经/供应链/营销/人力资源等），主动挖掘数字化需求与流程痛点，推动IT系统从需求分析、方案设计、实施配置到上线推广的全生命周期交付。通过定期业务巡检、用户培训、日常运维与知识沉淀，确保所辖业务域的系统稳定运行、用户满意、价值持续交付。
2、参与与推动内部包括ERP/AI应用等大型数字化项目。
3、本次招聘面向营销、供应链与制造领域。

【任职要求】
1、5年以上IT与业务复合工作经验，其中2年以上制造业数智化项目推动经验；
2、主导或深度参与过至少3个以上跨部门数智化项目（ERP/MES/QMS等）；
3、深刻理解制造业核心业务流程（计划/采购/生产/品质/仓储/销售）；
4、有PCB/电子制造行业背景或多基地集团化企业经验者优先；
5、有PMP等认证优先。
