一、【工作内容】
1、主导新项目FPC方案评估，核对客户2D/3D图纸、SOR技术要求，编写DFM评审报告中布线可行性部分。
2、依据《新能源FPC布线设计规范》及客户技术要求，完成FPC线路布局、走线、焊盘、FUSE、二维码等设计，确保线宽线距、内阻、弯折等满足要求。
3、完成布线后使用脚本模拟各网络内阻值，对偏差超标的网络进行走线优化或与客户沟通调整。
4、根据布线数据制作2D结构图、线路图、开窗图等，输出gerber资料供CAM工序使用。
5、负责与客户研发部就DFM评审结果、布线方案、内阻数据等技术问题进行沟通确认。
6、对DFM评审中需客户更新图纸的事项形成待办清单，持续跟进直到闭环。
7、负责高难度或特殊结构产品的布线方案设计，主导技术攻关。
8、依据方案及规范完成具体布线设计与自检。
9、审核助理工程师提交的布线资料，确认准确后输出。
10、指导Layout助理工程师进行布线和DFM评估工作。
11、配合生产及客户技术问题处理。

二、【任职要求】
1、大专及以上学历，电子、半导体、材料或相关专业，具备扎实的理论基础；
2、熟悉集成电路或电子制造工艺流程，掌握SPC、FMEA等质量管理工具；
3、拥有2年以上半导体或电子行业工程经验，有产线异常处理成功案例优先；
4、具备良好的数据分析能力与逻辑思维能力，能熟练使用Office及工程软件；
5、工作严谨负责，抗压能力强，适应珠海工厂倒班制度及跨部门高效协作。
