一、岗位职责
（一）核心系统开发

2、结合Redis实现高并发场景下的缓存策略（如课程推荐、实时健康数据查询），并进行性能调优。
（二）数据库与搜索优化
1、设计MySQL高可用架构，针对教育/健康场景的复杂查询（如多维度健康报告生成）进行SQL优化与索引设计。
2、使用Elasticsearch构建搜索服务，支持教育资源的智能检索或健康数据的模糊查询。
（三）消息队列与异步处理
1、基于RabbitMQ/Kafka实现业务解耦（如健康数据上报、课程预约通知），保障消息可靠性。
（四）行业需求落地
1、结合教育领域经验（如在线课堂、题库系统）或健康领域经验（如健康监测），优化产品功能与用户体验。
二、任职要求
（一）技术能力
1、精通Java，熟悉Spring Boot、MyBatis-Plus框架，有3年以上后端开发经验。
2、熟练掌握Redis集群部署与调优（如内存管理、持久化策略），能解决缓存穿透、雪崩等问题。
3、精通MySQL分库分表、事务管理，具备慢查询分析与执行计划优化能力。
4、有Elasticsearch实际项目经验，能设计符合业务场景的索引与查询策略。
5、熟悉RabbitMQ/Kafka，掌握消息确认机制、死信队列等高级特性。
（二）行业经验（满足其一）
教育领域：参与过在线教育平台、智能题库、学习行为分析等项目开发。
健康领域：具备可穿戴设备数据对接等经验。
