It plans to build an 8-bay workshop with a total construction area of 35,446 square meters. Among this, Phase I plans to invest 122 million yuan to build a three-bay steel structure workshop, auxiliary workshops, and an office building, with a construction area of 14,026 square meters, initially achieving an annual storage, processing, and distribution capacity of 100,000 tons of products. Currently, it mainly provides automotive steel shearing, processing, and distribution services for Jiangling Motors and its parts factories. On the basis of serving Jiangling Motors well, it will further expand the market and reach other automobile, home appliance, and machinery manufacturing enterprises in the Nanchang area, ultimately becoming the most influential steel processing and distribution base in the mid-to-high-end market in the Nanchang area.
