岗位职责
- 作为DSP领域技术专家，负责汽车端DSP核心功能开发、问题迭代及缺陷修复，联动全球DSP团队，专项解决中国区客户DSP相关技术问题与交付问题。
- 面向车载AI/ML全新业务场景，负责DSP框架、底层驱动的开发、优化与迭代升级，完成DSP性能调优、架构优化等核心工作。
- 主导跨全球团队的方案设计、技术研讨、问题调试工作，统筹推进DSP相关项目落地，协调解决研发过程中的技术难点。
- 对内对外高效输出专业技术方案，精准同步技术思路、问题解决方案，完成各类商务及技术沟通对接工作。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，工程、计算机、信息系统等相关专业，6年以上嵌入式软件开发相关工作经验；具备8年及以上ARM架构嵌入式软件开发经验。
- 熟练掌握C/C++开发，精通嵌入式操作系统原理及开发，具备扎实的嵌入式底层开发功底；
- 英语听说读写流利，可独立用英文沟通、复盘复杂技术问题，适配海外团队协作模式；
- 熟悉DSP、RTOS全层级架构，具备深度问题排查能力，可独立解决系统运行、底层架构相关疑难bug及性能问题；
- 具备良好的自主学习能力，能够快速适配全新芯片架构、操作系统，主动跟进技术迭代。
三、优先加分项
1、熟悉嵌入式OS核心机制，包含中断处理、内存管理、任务调度、抢占机制、性能优化、缓存一致性、时钟与功耗管理等；
2、有高通Hexagon DSP、NSP等车载DSP平台开发经验者优先；
3、熟悉Linux/RTOS开发、硬件驱动开发，熟练使用Trace32、JTAG等调试工具；
4、有机器学习、计算机视觉、车载LLM大模型业务开发经验者优先。
