Staff Product Marketing Manager - IoT AI Software
We are looking fa highly skilled IoT AI Software Product Manager with a strong algorithmic background in Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision Language Models (VLMs), Vision Language Action Models (VLAs). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record at a leading large model company be capable of driving ecosystem business collaborations within the LLM/VLM/VLA domain. The individual will be key in extending Qualcomm’s ecosystem fIoT AI-powered solutions, including AI Box, aligning with our long-term goal of cultivating an open, thriving AI algorithm ecosystem in the Industrial Edge IoT markets. This role will be crucial in helping us shape a path forward where we empower external algorithm partners rather than competing directly with them, ensuring sustainable business growth fQualcomm in the Industrial Edge IoT sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with the IoT AI SW Product Management team cross-functional leaders to execute product strategy roadmap in the Industrial Edge IoT markets, including AI Box.
- Establish drive business ecosystem partnerships with leading LLM/VLM/VLA companies to expQualcomms software ecosystem within IoT, including AI Box sector.
- Identify explore new IoT business opportunities by leveraging existing models collaborating on joint development with LLM/VLM/VLA ecosystem players, specifically targeting AI Box applications.
- Support cross-functional teams (Engineering, BU, CE) in the integration of LLM/VLM/VLA technologies Qualcomm’s existing future IoT AI Box platforms.
- Partner with internal external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration across product engineering teams fsuccessful product development delivery.
- Manage product launches communicate effectively to customers, vendors, senimanagement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in LLM/VLM/VLA algorithms, offering insights the integration of emerging AI technologies Qualcomm’s IoT AI Box portfolio.
- Track industry developments of LLM/VLM/VLA in IoT domains, ensuring Qualcomm remains competitive in both technology business collaborations.
- Develop present technical business strategies, including roadmaps, to key stakeholders customers to gain alignment buy-in.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, related field.
- 3+ years of experience with large-scale AI model development, including training, deployment, performance optimization.
- Expertise in LLM/VLM/VLA application development, e.g. Fine-tuning, RAG, Prompt engineering technologies.
- Deep understanding of LLM/VLM/VLA technologies such as GPT, Stable Diffusion, Llama, Qwen, Deepseek, SigLIP, VILA, OpenVLA, Physical Intelligence π.
- Track record of establishing strategic partnerships collaborating with both external vendors cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the latest trends innovations in AI ML ecosystems, with a strong focus on AI-driven IoT solutions.
