2.精通MySQL/Oracle/MSSQL等数据库设计、SQL优化、分库分表等。
3.精通分布式中间件（如Redis/RabbitMQ/Dubbo等）。
4.精通Git高级操作，具备团队协作工作经验。
5.能够使用cursor/trae/codebuddy等AI编程工具。
6.具备良好的沟通能力，有独立沟通需求，并设计系统或功能模块的经验。
