3.根据项目需求，合理利用、整合和优化各部分功能模块，保证产品开发高效进行。

岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，自动化、电子信息、计算机和软件工程等相关专业。
2.有Unity项目开发经验，具有较好的C#编程基础和开发技能，熟悉Unity使用及开发流程，掌握Unity引擎架构设计和功能开发。
3.熟悉.net、WPF、面向对象编程、良好的编码能力以及编码习惯。
4.熟悉网络编程，通信序列化以及常见问题的处理方法。
5.熟练掌握相关工具链的开发流程，熟悉常用数据结构、算法和设计模式。
6.善于沟通、有责任感，具有良好的团队合作意识，能够快速融入项目开发任务。
7.有智能制造、工业互联网和智慧工厂工作经验者优先，有虚拟仿真项目开发经验者优先。

技能要求：
1.Unity的项目创建、功能设计、模块开发。
2.Unity编辑和运行模式下的工具开发、UI界面设计。
3.使用SolidWorks或3ds Max软件创建或编辑三维模型。
4.使用Blender软件处理和轻量化三维模型。
5.PLC与工业机器人的使用、开发和测试。
