岗位职责：
1）组织医疗模组产品的组装新工艺、新技术的试验研究、成果鉴定及推广应用工作。
2）撰写组装工艺技术文件、工艺规程、工艺标准等，对上述的准确性、合理性负责；
3）负责组装工艺规程的培训，和生产流程，生产设备的调试落地。
4）负责组织解决生产过程中的工艺问题，维护工艺的可靠性和重复性，不断优化生产工艺、参与失效分析及良率提升；
5）从工艺角度出发，对产品设计、工装治具等提出相关的改善建议；
6）具备电子/医疗模组产品组装半自动化及自动化设备的经验，能够对非标定制设备提出相关的调研调试建议。
任职资格：
1）本科及以上学历，理工科背景；
2）熟练掌握医疗模组产品组装各工序原理及工艺技术（至少包含点胶、固化、焊接等加工工艺）；
3）具有较强的分析解决问题能力、沟通协调能力、资源整合能力；
4）自驱型人才，目标导向，认真负责，能适应公司快速发展的工作节奏。
