岗位职责：
1. 完成工艺路线制定，统筹新产品导入的工艺策划工作，与研发部进行结构评审、工艺验证，确保设计可制造性。
2. 负责各开发阶段的工艺文件输出，确保工艺方案落地，主导新品工艺流程图、PFMEA、SOP等文件的编制与输出，建立并持续优化工艺文件体系。
3. 量产阶段跟进产品异常处理，快速响应生产线技术问题，推动产线工艺持续改善，提升生产效率、良率，降低制造成本。
4. 与研发、生产、质量、采购等部门高效协作，保障项目顺利推进。

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，机电一体化、机械设计、机械制造等相关专业。
2. 5年以上PIE/NPI工作经验，熟悉产品从开发到量产的全流程工艺。或3年以上UTV/ATV，汽车，五金制造，工艺工程经验。
3. 具备独立完成前期工艺策划，与研发协同进行结构评审和工艺验证的能力；精通工艺流程图、PFMEA、SOP等工艺文件的编制与输出。
4. 熟练使用CAD、SOLIDWORKS等设计软件，能进行图纸审查和工艺设计；能快速处理量产阶段的异常问题，推动工艺持续改善。
5. 具备较强的跨部门沟通协调能力，富有团队精神，责任心强，品行端正，能承受工作压力，结果导向。
具备以下条件者优先：熟悉汽车零部件/非公路车辆/电动车行业产品特点及工艺要求；熟悉IATF16949体系并有应对审核经验；
