岗位职责：
1、在销售周期，为客户提供及时有效的技术支持，帮助客户解决产品各类技术问题，必要时现场支持；
2、配合销售定期拜访客户，现场答疑，助力产品推广；
3、与市场及开发团队保持良好沟通，协助市场调研工作，在客户端发掘新机会；
4、定期为客户、销售和代理商提供产品技术和应用相关培训；
5、在新产品开发或迭代的PD流程中，积极参与，履行职责，从应用角度提供合理建议；
6、定期总结产品应用问题，编写应用文档和报告，协助维护产品资料库；
7、制定射频、微波和毫米波芯片的应用方案、演示系统及参考设计，协助产品的推广应用。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，电子、通信、微电子、电磁场与微波等相关专业；
2、拥有射频微波领域开发、测试或技术支持3年及以上工作经验；
3、熟练使用信号源、频谱仪、功率计、矢量网络分析仪等测试仪器；
4、熟悉相控阵、波束赋形及通信系统、雷达系统、卫星通信系统、测试系统等；
5、具备较好的技术文档攥写能力；
6、有一定编程基础为佳，如Python、C#、Matlab、LabVIEW等。
