岗位职责：

1.项目前期准备：项目开展前需要用到的技术需要提前准备并测试，并将经常使用的效果标准化；

2.项目制作期间：理解导演的制作意图，在制作组同事进行镜头制作的过程中，提供制作方向指导和技术指导，并进行少量镜头制作；

3.项目空白期间：开展对特效组员的能力培训和锻炼等。

任职要求：

1.精通制作各类常见特效，如烟\雾\云\火\爆炸\能量\龙卷\水体\破碎等效果，并能对他人进行制作指导；

2.熟悉渲染流程，熟悉多数渲染器的必要参数，能指导渲染组进行特效渲染，能指导模型组对特效元素进行材质调整；

3.精通Houdini，熟悉矩阵，至少具备一种语言编程能力，并能对他人进行制作指导；

4.具备一定的英语水平，有定期翻阅国外主流技术论坛的习惯，例：H官网、odforce等；

5.较强的开发能力，可带领团队开发H新模块，例：毛发布料，群集等；

6.比较熟悉Nuke，能使用Nuke为特效分层进行初始合成；

7.良好的表达能力，能清晰下达制作指引，并指导他人进行制作；

8.有一定创意，能在写实与创作中寻找平衡；

9.紧随国内外前瞻三维技术步伐，可为团队不断刷新技术点。
