4、以数据和指标为导向，负责用户运营场景数据的监控、跟踪、分析，及时调整和优化运营策略；

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，4年及以上用户营销经验，对用户增长、运营的方法论和实操有理解；
2、数据敏感，具有优秀的数据分析能力，能够独立设计用户分层模型和运营策略；
3、有强烈的主人翁意识，有积极主动帮助客户成功的意愿和热情，有较强的抗压能力；
4、有较强的学丰富的项目交付与团队协作能力，能够独立推动跨团队协作、推动项目落地；
5、使用过阿里云、腾讯云、奇点云、火山、百度等用户自动化营销产品，如QuickAudience，converlab，salesforce 等CDP产品优先
