岗位职责：
1、参与信息化系统需求分析与方案设计，独立完成代码开发工作；
2、参与企业信息化后台的技术实施和功能实现，前后端混合开发；
3、参与三方采购系统（如OA、BI、ERP等）的二次开发工作；
4、负责自研系统部署、环境维护、问题排查，保障服务稳定运行；
5、能结合三方ETL调度工具，独立完成数据填报、报表开发等工作。

任职要求：
1、3年以上Java项目开发经验，能读懂并重构Python项目；
2、具有扎实的Java基础，如：Java数据结构，多线程编程，JavalO等，理解Java常用设计模式，并且能够合理运用，能够独立担当功能模块的设计开发；
3、熟练使用Java常用框架和工具，如SpringBoot、SpringCloud、SpringMVC、Mybatis等主流开源框架；
4、熟悉分布式、缓存、消息队列等机制，能够进行系统性能调优；
5、熟悉数据库原理并熟练掌握相关优化方案，熟悉MySql数据库开发技术及相关工具，熟悉数据库设计；
6、熟悉前端技术，有前后端分离vue开发经验优先；
7、有智能制造行业工作经验优先，有ERP/CRM/WMS/MES/PLM等系统开发经验优先；
8、沟通表达能力较好，能与业务同学沟通对接，深入分析业务需求，具有团队合作精神。
