Position Responsibilities:
1. Work with production department to improve production efficiency.
2. To implement lean manufacturing reduce lead-time & WIP.
3. Supervise the engineering project; projects execution effect to meet quality, cost delivery requirement.
4. Take part in new product projects ensuring that lean manufacturing solutions are considered applied already in the development stage
5. Lead Manufacturing Engineering team to identify cost reduction profit improvement programs.
6. Co-ordinate relative manufacturing engineering activities within the company
7. Continuous improvement process excellence.
8. Ensure that all Health & Safety requirements are fulfilled in accordance with the responsibilities defined in the Company Safety Statement.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Bacheldegree in Engineering
2. Understanding of production flow principles manufacturing processes
3. Highly motivated & energetic with a strong work ethic
4. Lean & Six Sigma knowledge experience
5. Good collaboration with cross functions team working
6. Fluent speaking, good written skills in both Chinese English
