一、岗位职责
1. 负责IoT云平台后台业务模块的设计、开发与维护；
2. 基于Go语言完成业务接口开发，负责RESTful API的设计与实现；
3. 参与设备接入、设备管理、数据处理等核心业务模块开发；
4. 负责第三方平台接口对接，持续优化接口性能及系统稳定性；
5. 参与数据库设计、缓存设计及消息队列的应用与优化；
6. 配合产品、测试及前端团队完成需求分析、开发及上线交付；
7. 负责线上问题定位、分析及持续优化系统性能。

二、岗位要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2. 1-3年Go后端开发经验，具备完整的项目经验；
3. 扎实的数据结构、算法及计算机基础，代码规范良好；
4. 熟悉Gin或Go-Zero等主流Go Web框架；
5. 熟悉Goroutine、Channel、Context等并发编程；
6. 熟悉RESTful API设计规范，有实际接口开发经验；
7. 具有IoT或物联网相关项目经验，熟悉以下技术者优先：
- MQTT协议、EMQX消息服务器
- TCP/IP网络通信、HTTP、WebSocket
- 设备接入及设备管理、IoT消息通信流程
8. 具备Python开发经验，熟悉Django框架，能独立完成后台管理系统开发；
9. 熟悉以下组件的使用及基本原理：MySQL、Redis、MongoDB、RabbitMQ、Kafka；
10. 有AI Coding工具使用经验，能够借助AI提升开发效率；
11. 【加分项】熟悉Linux环境、Git版本管理、Docker容器化部署；有微服务或云平台（阿里云/腾讯云）开发经验者优先。
