岗位职责：
1、熟悉各大搜索引擎蜘蛛爬行的规律规则及原理，了解谷歌搜索引擎排名机制和优化规则，针对以Google英文为主的搜索引擎进行排名优化
2、负责公司英文网站的SEO站内优化及网站关键词排名优化；负责提升网站流量；
3、分析推广账户及网站流量，制定并执SEM推广计划，优化账户结构、关键词与创意质量、图片创意等；
4、有较强的数据分析能力,能每周对相关数据进行有效分析,并形成报告文档；并能针对英文网站进行内部与外部优化制定策略与计划并有效实施；
5、负责多平台SEO与SEM，包括阿里巴巴国际站日常维护工作。
任职要求：
1、具有两年以上的谷歌搜索引擎优化经验，B2B站点经验者优先；
2、熟悉Google等主流搜索引擎的排名规则及算法，并能够及时获取*新算法调整动态适应算法变化；
3、SEO优化、关键字分析经验丰富者优先；
4、对于各种SEO内外部优化的分析、操作工具软件熟悉运用者优先;
5、学习能力强，抗压能力强，团队协作意识强。
