主要职责：
使用 Rust 和 Python 进行后端服务的开发、测试与部署。
主导出海教育产品的学习计划，AI辅导等核心业务系统的设计与实现，确保其高性能、高可用性和可扩展性。
与产品经理、前端工程师紧密协作，共同实现产品功能，并优化用户体验。
编写高质量、可维护的代码，并进行代码评审。
关注并引入业界前沿技术，持续优化和改进系统架构。
岗位要求
扎实的编程基础：精通 Rust 或 Python，并熟悉其生态系统。
后端开发经验：3 年以上后端开发经验，具备扎实的计算机科学基础，包括数据结构、算法和操作系统等。
