General Manager - Manufacturing Industry (China & East/Southeast Asia)

You have a track record of creating growth, profit expansion, have created revenue growth specifically in To B market.
Your mission as the General Manager is to lead HATO’s commercial operational expansion across China East/Southeast Asia, double the revenue over the next 3 years while building a scalable high-performingganisation.
You will take over a business that is leading the industry. You will take over from the current General Manager who has played a critical role in growth. As this person is moving across to another business line, HATO requires a strong commercially driven hands on General Manager to lead the business in the next stages of expansion.
You’ll have a sales team will be tasked with improving results whilst growing the team, whilst ensuring operational excellence in manufacturing.
You will report directly to HATO’s CEO in the Netherlands, communicate with global stakeholders, manage sales teams across China Asia. Please note, you will need to be confident in communicating in English.

You will travel extensively across China sometimes East/Southeast Asia as needed, visiting customers taking on the lead role in securing new majclients which includes challenging negotiation management handling of accounts.
