岗位职责:
负责OBC、DC/DC、PDU、多合一等产品的结构强度、振动噪声、热仿真、流体仿真等CAE分析工作，搭建贴合车载工况的仿真模型，精准预判产品结构、散热、力学性能隐患。
- 配合结构、电源工程师完成产品前期方案论证，通过仿真分析优化产品结构设计、散热布局、元器件排布，提升产品可靠性与耐久性。
- 完成产品跌落、冲击、高低温循环等车载工况仿真，输出专业仿真报告，为结构设计优化、模具开发、样品测试提供数据支撑。
- 跟踪产品样机测试结果，对比仿真数据与实测数据，修正仿真模型，提升仿真精度，形成仿真-测试-优化的闭环体系。
- 参与产品失效分析，通过仿真手段定位失效原因，制定整改方案，保障产品满足车规级标准及客户需求。
任职要求:
本科及以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程、力学、热能与动力工程等相关专业，2年及以上车载电子/汽车零部件CAE仿真工作经验。
- 熟练使用ANSYS、Abaqus、Fluent、Icepak等仿真软件，精通结构力学仿真、热仿真，具备多物理场耦合仿真经验者优先。
- 熟悉新能源汽车车载电控产品结构特性、车规级工况要求，了解ISO/TS16949、汽车电子可靠性标准。
- 具备扎实的仿真理论基础，能独立完成建模、网格划分、仿真计算、报告输出，具备较强的问题分析与解决能力。
- 工作严谨细致，具备良好的团队协作意识和沟通能力，能承受研发项目进度压力。
