岗位要求：
1、3年以上基于Unity3D引擎的开发经验，熟悉Android、iOS和h5平台调试和发布，能够独立承担项目中完整Unity3D开发工作；
2、熟练掌握3D技术和Unity3D引擎底层架构设计，对动画、特效等插件有一定的经验；
3、有运用Unity3D技术独立开发过一款产品，或参与过一款产品的完成研发和发行；
4、设计可复用、可扩展、可重构底层网络、热更、应用框架、3D 框架、资源框架，会分析 CPU、GPU、IO 功能等瓶颈，修正改进实现方案。
5、熟悉IOS、Andriod、WebGL平台的开发流程及其设置、调试和部署；
6、熟悉代码热更框架(c#热更框架)与原理，熟悉代码热更新原理，以及分包热更代码技术；
7、熟练掌握C＃编程语言，有较好的面向对象编程基础，负责逻辑程序（独立模块）填写；
8、熟练掌握python编程语言,熟悉blender建模软件常规操作
9、熟悉Shader 编程及各种特效效果的实现
8、能够根据测试和项目反馈的相应bug，定位问题，解决问题；
9、具有良好的团队合作和沟通能力、学习能力，执行能力强，语言要求：英语；
