岗位职责
1. 深入掌握Java开发语言，对spring - cloud、springboot等开发框架运用娴熟，能够基于其高效搭建稳定、可靠的应用架构，实现复杂业务逻辑。
2. 熟练驾驭至少一种主流数据库，诸如mysql、oracle、DB2等，精通数据库设计、SQL优化，具备应对大规模数据存储与管理挑战的能力。
3. 熟悉大数据领域相关技术与核心组件，例如在实时计算方面擅长flink，在分布式计算领域精通spark，在数据仓库构建及管理上熟练运用hive，能够搭建大数据处理与分析平台。
4. 深度熟悉并掌握kafka消息队列以及elasticsearch搜索引擎组件，能够合理运用它们构建高性能、高可用的消息通信与数据检索系统。
5. 熟练运用各类性能测试和调优方法及工具，能够精准定位并有效解决系统性能问题
6. 拥有出色的研发工作协调能力，能够在团队中高效沟通、协同，推动项目顺利开展；同时具备极强的学习能力，能够快速掌握新技术、新工具，适应不断变化的技术发展需求。
7、熟悉信贷业务和相关金融政策法规，具备银行项目等相关从业背景优先；
