岗位职责：
1. 负责项目的整体把控，高效的完成项目实施、验收、运维工作。
2. 负责本地项目的立项、签约、回款等工作；
3.负责拉通项目各方干系人，制定项目计划，量化项目指标，跟踪项目进度，处理项目变更，能够协调项目组成员之间工作并能够合理进行分配工作。
4. 负责本地客情关系的维护，支撑等工作；
5. 负责与团队成员沟通协作，保证项目的进度和质量。

岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机，电子信息工程，通信工程等相关专业，3年以上工作经验，有1年以上的Python开发经验优先考虑。
2.具备较好的文档编写及文笔能力，参与过软件系统中用户手册、测试手册、验收文档等相关材料的编写经验的优先考虑。
3.善于沟通及协调，具备较强的团队合作意识，能够承担一定的工作压力，base地拉萨，能够常驻西藏拉萨的优先考虑。
4.熟悉IP城域网、PON、IPRAN网络，并对网络的运行维护和管理有较深的理解者优先考虑。
5.有以下经验者优先：
（1）具有运营商网管系统开发经验；
（2）具有低代码平台的使用和开发经验。
