工作职责：
1、负责项目采购范围内的询价、采购任务，控制采购成本；
2、提供书面报价资料，询价、议价、比价并上报成控部；
3、履行采购合同及流程，与供方进行工作协调；
4、根据公司发展需求开发具有竞争力的供应商，建立与供应商的良好合作关系，定期进行评估；
5、负责各项目的零星材料采购；
6、负责合同相关资料的整理并上交总部；
7、严格贯彻执行材料管理制度和标准；
8、依据各项目及各部门所需材料计划单，填写材料计划表；
9、跟进和更新各类采购数据，编制月底报表，为管理层提供决策支持；
10、汇总季、年以及月供应计划；
11、做好对各项目现场巡查，对现场材料合理使用监督杜绝材料浪费；
12、领导交办的其他任务。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，装饰工程类专业优先；
2、建筑装饰行业3年以上且有3个项目以上采购工作经验；
3、有较强谈判、议价、成控和沟通协调能力，责任心强，诚实守信，有良好的职业道德和职业素养；
4、必须熟悉各类装饰材料、型号及装饰工艺；
5、有生产经理或项目经理工作经验优先；
6、熟练使用办公软件Excel和Word；
7、持C1驾驶证且驾驶技术熟练；
8、工作地点，跟随项目，不接受出差者勿投简历。
