职位要求：
1.统招本科以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学、企业管理等相关专业优先；
2.具备3年以上人力资源相关工作经验，熟悉人力资源管理的各个环节，有主导员工培训和绩效管理工作经验者优先;
3.熟悉劳动法及相关法律法规，具备良好的法律意识；
4.了解人力资源各模块基本工作，并具备TA、ER、C&B、OC&OD等两个模块以上的实操经验；
5.具备良好的沟通、协调和组织能力，能够处理复杂的人际关系；
6.具备较强的数据分析能力和解决问题的能力；
7.具备良好的团队合作精神和服务意识，能够承受一定的工作压力。
8.自我驱动，思考力强，认真负责，有亲和力，能适应公司快速发展的工作节奏。
