工作职责：
1、负责运营管理平台、业务中台、产业链平台、AI智能平台等平台的建设工作；
2、有一定的用户需求分析和理解和项目管理能力，有较强的应用功能设计和数据设计能力，能根据较复杂业务逻辑独立设计数据模型和数据间关系；
3、研发前沿的交易技术，包括人工智能大模型开发调优等经验；
4、完成领导交待的其他任务。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机，电子工程，通信相关专业，在相关领域有3年以上工作经验；
2、精通Java开发，熟悉Spring Boot等开发框架，熟悉Python，linux 系统及网络优化；
3、熟悉Mysql、Redis等数据库，熟悉kafka等常用中间件，了解Web前端主流技术等；熟练掌握设计模式；
4、能独立开发、测试、部署，有良好的编程习惯，具有良好的文档编写能力；
5、具有良好的团队合作，具备较强的风险意识，具备清晰的计划条理性，拥有协调能力以及解决问题的能力，有项目管理经验加分；
6、了解期货基础知识、有证券/期货交易经历者加分；有大型交易与行情服务、证券期货柜台系统开发经验者优先。
