工作职责

3. 推动技术团队的工程化能力建设，包括代码规范、性能优化及故障排查体系搭建。
4. 参与跨部门技术协作，将业务需求转化为可落地的技术架构方案，支撑业务快速迭代。
任职要求
1. 统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Java后端研发经验。
2. 精通Java生态体系，深入理解Spring Cloud微服务架构、分布式缓存、消息队列等核心技术的底层原理。
3. 具备大型分布式系统设计经验，有制造/工业领域系统架构经验者优先。
4. 具备良好的技术前瞻性，能结合业务场景引入合适的技术方案，平衡系统性能与成本。
