任职要求:
1、生物、化工、机械类、电气类、自动化类、设备管理类或相关专业本科以上学历，有关联岗位经验者可放宽学校及学历要求；
2、具备工厂生产设备及设施规划、选型、购置、安装、调试、维修、改造，更新直至报废的全流程管理经历；
3、有较强的事故风险判断和处理能力，动手能力强，能够进行相关验证（确认）方案的编写，并参与验证（确认)实施；
4、有相应操作人员进行岗位培训、台账管理经历；
5、具备良好的责任心、执行力、分析能力和成本控制能力；
6、身体健康，无不良嗜好。

工作经验：
1、5年相关行业同类工作经验，3年现场管理经验；
2、生物发酵、原料药、制剂工厂等相关工作经验优先；
3、有仓储物流及工厂仓库管理经验优先。
