工作内容:
1.负责公司核心产品的Flutter 跨平台Android/iOS应用的开发与维护、确保高性能、高可用性及卓越用户体验；
2.与产品经理、设计师和后端工程师紧密协作，参与需求分析、技术方案设计与落地；参与系统架构设计和核心模块设计;
3.优化应用性能，解决复杂场景下的内存管理、渲染效率及多端适配问题；
4.探索 Flutter 与原生（iOS/Android）的混合开发模式，结合 AI 能力（如模型部署、端侧推理）实现创新功能；
5.编写高质量代码，推动团队技术沉淀，参与代码评审、技术文档编写及自动化测试体系建设；
6.跟踪 Flutter 生态前沿技术（如 Impeller、Flutter 3+ 新特性），推动团队技术升级。

任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2.3年以上 Flutter 开发经验，精通 Dart 语言及 Flutter 框架核心原理（Widget 机制、状态管理、动画等）具备扎实的JAVA、dart语言基础，精通面向对象设计思想和设计模式
3.熟悉 Flutter 与原生平台的交互（MethodChannel/Plugin 开发），了解 iOS（Swift/Objective-C）或 Android（Kotlin/Java）基础开发；
4.熟悉常用状态管理方案（如 Provider、Riverpod、Bloc），熟练使用 Dio、Retrofit 等网络请求库；
5.掌握 Flutter 性能优化工具（DevTools、性能追踪），具备复杂 UI 开发及多端适配经验；
6.有良好的编码风格和文档习惯，能够编写清晰、可读、可维护的代码
7.有良好的沟通和团队协作能力，能够与设计师、产品经理和其他开发者有效合作流程

加分项
1、有已上线的 Flutter 应用开发经验（可提供作品或 GitHub 链接）；
2、做过蓝牙硬件后音频处理方面的产品或者项目这优先考虑；
