1、负责业务后台系统的架构设计、功能开发及日常维护，输出高质量、高可用、可扩展的业务代码；

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，具备扎实的Java开发基础和完整项目实战经验，可独立完成模块设计与开发；
2、熟练掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud全家桶，精通IOC、AOP、事务传播等核心底层原理；
3、熟练使用MyBatis、MyBatis-Plus等ORM框架，精通MySQL、PostgreSQL及国产数据库，掌握索引设计、SQL优化、慢查询排查，熟悉MVCC、事务隔离级别、数据库锁机制；
4、熟练运用Redis缓存，掌握RabbitMQ/RocketMQ/Kafka任意消息中间件，理解消息可靠性、顺序消费等核心机制；
5、熟悉微服务架构，掌握Nacos注册配置、Gateway网关、Sentinel熔断降级，了解分布式事务、分布式锁、分布式ID等核心解决方案；
6、熟练使用Git、Maven、Linux常用命令，掌握Docker容器部署、GitLab CI持续集成流程；
7、遵循RESTful接口规范，具备良好的编码习惯、逻辑思维和问题排查能力，擅长团队协作；有WebSocket、Netty开发经验优先。
