【岗位职责】
1、负责抖音/快手/小红书等平台直播达人的挖掘、建联与跟进，建立公司专属的达人资源库。
2、独立负责与达人商务洽谈，把控合作模式（纯佣/定向佣金/坑位费），利用公司的付费投流机制作为核心谈判筹码，置换更优的带货排期、专属机制和免坑位费合作。
3、负责达人直播前的选品排期、机制梳理、样品寄送及话术提炼；在直播进行中，与内部千川/商业化投流团队紧密配合，跟进直播间流量转化数据，确保投流消耗与 GMV 产出达标。
4、追踪达人直播后的各项核心转化数据（GPM、ROI、退货率等），输出结构化复盘报告；维护核心达人的长期客情关系，促成高复购率的二次、多次返场合作。
5、搭建并带领达人商务团队，制定并拆解月度/季度 BD 考核指标，优化商务 SOP 流程，为团队整体业绩负责。
【任职要求】
1、两年以上直播电商/MCN 机构达人商务 BD 经验，1 年以上团队管理经验。有过从 0 到 1 搭建达人分销体系经验者优先。
2、自带丰富的直播带货达人资源（特别是快消品、食品生鲜、百货等高转化类目），入职即可快速转化变现。
3、深刻理解直播电商的底层流量逻辑，清楚如何用流量思维去赋能达人。
4、具备极强的商务谈判技巧和破冰能力，逻辑清晰，目标感极强，能扛得住 GMV 业绩压力。
5、熟练使用蝉妈妈、飞瓜、达多多等第三方数据分析工具，能通过数据筛选出真正带货力强的“黑马”达人，拒绝数据注水的伪头部。
