1、负责生产执行系统业务模块（生产计划、工单管理、物料追溯、质量管理等）的后端开发
2、设计并实现核心业务需求（生产排程、库存预警、成本核算等），确保在高并发场景下数据的准确性与一致性
3、负责数据库表结构设计与优化，设备采集时序型数据的存储与分析，复杂 BOM 结构和非结构化工艺参数的存储方案
4、对接 IoT 平台或边缘网关，通过消息队列（MQTT等）处理生产设备的实时运行数据，实现设备状态监控与 OEE 分析
5、编写功能、API概要设计文档，完成各阶段开发需求
6、负责项目测试、上线验证、发布期间的部署、现场调试、维护、版本升级
任职要求
1、5年以上 Java 开发经验，具有系统设计经验，计算机等相关专业
2、精通Spring Boot/Cloud、OAuth2，了解JVM内存模型以及性能调优
3、熟悉PostgreSQL的性能调优，掌握主流NoSQL数据库，了解时序数据库者优先
4、熟练使用 Cursor/Copilot/Claude 等 AI 编程工具
5、有制造业信息化项目经验、熟悉 Docker 容器化部署，熟练掌握常用的消息中间件（Kafka等）
6、掌握软件开发工具，熟练使用Git、Maven、SVN等
7、逻辑清晰，能理清复杂业务场景流程（工单-物料-设备-人员等）之间的复杂关系
8、能够到生产现场对接场景、排查问题
