任职资格：
1、计算机相关专业，有金融知识背景或项目经验者优先；
2、5年以上JAVA项目开发经验，对数据结构和算法设计有兴趣；有OFSAA ALM/LRM开发经验优先
3、JAVA基础扎实，熟悉JVM、并发多线程，网络NIO，内存优化等基本原理及使用；
4、熟练掌握面向对象设计，熟悉基本设计模式；
5、熟悉微服务框架，熟练使用SpringBoot和SpringCloud相关技术框架及RocketMQ、KafKa、Redis等中间件，有调优经验者优先；
6、熟悉Spark、Flink等实时计算框架，有相关项目开发经验者优先；
7、熟悉Oracle/MySql/PostgreSql/GaussDB/图数据库等数据库，有国产数据库开发工作经验者优先；
8、熟悉Linux等操作系统使用及运维，有shell等运维工具使用经验者优先；
9、熟悉网络TCP/IP协议栈，熟悉容器技术，K8S，Docker等容器技术栈；
10、熟悉代码版本及检查等相关技术，如Git,SVN等；
11、责任心强，沟通积极主动，具备良好的沟通能力、逻辑思维能力、独立思考和解决问题的能力，具备较强的团队合作意识。
