岗位职责：
1. 跟踪证监会、交易所、上市公司协会等监管机构发布的法律法规、监管政策、自律规则及案例动态，并形成内部提示或简要分析；
2. 协助处理信息披露相关文件的基础审核、资料收集、流程跟进及合规性核对，配合公司重大事项、定期报告、临时公告、内幕信息管理等工作中的资料整理和合规支持；
3. 协助完善公司治理制度、监管报送材料及内部合规管理资料；
4. 起草、修改各类商事合同、治理制度、合规文件；
5. 协助处理诉讼纠纷、对接外部律师；
6. 协助处理其他证券法务事宜。
任职要求：
1. 硕士学历，法律、金融、证券等相关专业优先；
2. 熟悉《公司法》、《证券法》、上市公司信息披露规则、公司治理规则者优先；
3. 具备较强的文字表达、资料整理、规则检索、逻辑分析和沟通协调能力；
4. 具备良好的保密意识和风险意识，能够妥善处理公司敏感信息；
5. 工作细致、责任心强，能够适应信息披露、会议组织、监管报送等工作对准确性和时效性的要求；
6. 具备法务、合规、证券事务、上市公司董办、律师事务所资本市场业务或企业证券合规相关经验者优先；
7. 通过法律职业资格考试、证券从业资格考试、基金从业资格考试或具备相关证书者优先。
