3、熟悉分布式缓存，消息中间件、分布式文件存储、数据分片框架、分布式事务、MySQL、搜索、海量数据存储/处理等领域中其中2~3个的整体架构设计；
4、有大型分布式系统研发经验，具备高性能、高可用、可扩展系统的体系化建设能力；
5、对业务产品具有独立沟通、完善业务需求，并识别方案的风险的能力；能够在负责的业务上有独立的见解，能提出合理的建议；
6、具有高度的责任心，具有较强的适应能力和自学能力、良好的沟通协作、应急响应与问题处理能力，做事专心专注，能够独立分析和解决问题。
