1.全链路交付管理：统筹项目立项、规划、执行到收尾的端到端管理，管控重大项目里程碑、交付风险与交付承诺，保障经营目标与项目QCD达成；
2.AI 项目智能应用：运用 AI 工具开展交付预测、项目健康度诊断、依赖关系分析、资源推荐与风险（RAID）预警，把数据洞察转化为管理层决策建议而非报表堆砌；
3.体系与策略：建立并持续优化企业项目管理体系与方法论（覆盖瀑布、敏捷、混合及 AI 实验型项目），制定项目组合策略，确保企业战略穿透到项目执行层；
4.AI 驱动的组织升级：牵头项目管理条线的 AI 转型——引入 AI 工具与智能体接管跟踪、汇总、报表等事务性工作，设定阶段性 AI 化目标，提升团队人均效能与决策质量；
5.资源与效能管理：建立资源规划、产能测算与效能度量机制，以数据量化资源配置与利用水平，为管理层组织与人员决策提供量化依据；
6.向上汇报与横向对齐：定期向管理层汇报项目组合健康度、交付风险与投资决策建议；与各业务、研发、财经部门对齐，推动跨部门问题解决；

岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，专业不限，管理科学、计算机、工业工程类优先；
2.5 年以上大项目管理 / PMO 工作经验，熟悉敏捷、瀑布与混合交付模式，持有 PMP / PRINCE2 / ACP 等认证者优先；
3.具备 AI 工具实际应用经验：在日常工作中使用过大模型、智能体或 Copilot 类工具，能评估并引入 AI 辅助项目管理工具；
4.优秀的战略思维、向上沟通与跨部门推动能力，能承担重大变革与复杂交付的推进压力；
5.优秀的跨部门沟通、协调与影响力，具备较强的业务理解与情商——AI 时代人际关系、信任与沟通是 PMO 的核心差异化能力；
6.持续学习意愿强，能快速跟进 AI 与项目管理领域的新方法、新工具。
