岗位职责
1. 负责虚拟电厂核心后端模块开发，包括资源管理、聚合单元、调度计划、申报、操作审计等。
2. 参与核心业务模型设计和数据库表结构设计，保证模型能支撑单项目试点和后续扩展。
3. 对接 IoT 平台，完成设备、测点、资源、分路资源之间的映射与状态同步。
4. 对接算法服务，完成预测结果、可调能力、申报建议、调度建议等接口集成。
5. 负责关键接口的性能、幂等、权限、日志、异常处理和数据一致性。
6. 指导中级后端和外包后端完成普通模块开发，并进行代码评审。
7. 配合测试完成接口自动化、交易链路回归、数据正确性校验和缺陷修复。
任职要求
1. 5 年以上 Java 后端研发经验，熟悉Spring Cloud、MyBatis、Redis、消息队列。
2. 熟悉 MySQL/PostgreSQL/OceanBase 等关系型数据库设计和 SQL 优化。
3. 有复杂业务系统开发经验，能独立完成从需求理解、模型设计、接口设计到上线交付。
4. 熟悉权限控制、操作日志、数据审计、异常处理和接口幂等设计。
5. 熟练使用AI编程等工具，快速、高效完成相关功能研发。
6. 有高并发及分布式项目研发经验，较强的逻辑分析及数理能力。
7. 有电力交易、售电、能源管理、IoT、工业互联网、调度系统、结算系统经验，优先。
8. 熟悉MQTT、TDengine、Doris、Flink、时序数据查询，优先。
