岗位职责：
1、物料需求规划与管理
根据公司销售预测、订单需求及库存状况，制定并动态调整物料需求计划，确保物料供应的及时性与合理性，避免物料短缺或积压。
2、生产与物料协同控制
统筹生产计划与物料供应进度，确保两者高效衔接，保障生产流程的连续性与稳定性。
及时发现并协调解决生产过程中的物料异常问题，快速响应，*大限度降低对生产进度的影响。
3、流程优化与效率提升
持续优化物料需求、采购执行及生产控制流程，推动供应链各环节的协同运作，提升整体运营效率与响应速度。
4、跨部门沟通与协作
与销售、项目部门紧密配合，根据销售预测及项目需求变化，适时调整生产计划，确保资源合理配置。
协同采购部门，跟踪物料采购进度，确保物料按时到货，支持生产计划的顺利实施。
与生产部门保持密切沟通，协调解决生产执行中的物料相关问题，保障生产任务按期完成。
任职要求：
1、3年以上PMC或生产计划、物料控制相关工作经验，具有非标自动化设备、半导体设备或精密制造行业背景者优先。
2、熟悉非标设备制造流程及物料特性，具备处理多品种、小批量、定制化订单的经验。
3、熟练掌握物料需求计划（MRP）逻辑及生产计划排程方法，具备独立制定和调整计划的能力。熟练Office办公软件（尤其是Excel高级功能）,具备数据分析能力，能通过数据识别问题并提出优化建议。
4、具备优秀的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能有效推动销售、采购、生产等环节的高效协作。
5、具备较强的问题识别与解决能力，能在突发异常情况下快速响应，保障生产顺利进行。
6、良好的职业素养,工作细致、责任心强，具备良好的抗压能力,良好的团队合作精神，能积极配合项目需求。
