岗位职责：
1、负责公司的安全管理工作，包括：安全现状评价、应急预案的编制与审核、双体系的评审；年度培训、演练检查计划的编制与实施；组织公司安全例会；隐患排查与治理；事故调查；特殊作业审批与监察；特种设备的管理；危险化学品管理；与政府安全主管部门的外联等工作。
2、负责公司的环保管理工作，包括：组织项目环评和验收；突发环境事件的编制备案；自行监测计划的制定和实施；危废的管理；与环保部门的外联等工作。
3、负责公司的消防管理工作，包括：消防维保、消防检测、防雷检测的组织实施；消防设施、重点部位日常巡查；消防档案的建立完善；与消防大队的外联等工作。
4、负责公司的职业健康管理工作，包括：三同时手续办理、现状评价、职业健康因素监测；按“6个档案盒”要求做好档案管理；山东省省级健康企业的评审与运行；与卫健委的外联等工作。
5、负责围绕公司战略目标制定本岗位以及本部门年度目标，并将目标分解到各岗位，按照年度计划在月度工作中实施完成。
6、负责做好安环处的团队建设工作，能基于战略规划搭建可承接战略的合理的组织架构、选拔配置人才、打造专业化团队、设计高效的业务流程与内容并组织实施到位。
7、其他工作：厂区安全与环境管理工作等。
任职条件：
1、专业及学历：统招本科及以上学历层次，安全管理相关专业教育背景。
2、工作经历：具有3年以上中大型企业安环工作经历；有1年以上团队管理经验；持有注册安全工程师证书。
3、专业技能：具有正确的底层逻辑；深厚的安全、消防、环保相关法规知识，熟悉安监、消防、环保、职业健康等各级部门的办事流程。品行正直，明辨是非，原则性强，严谨细心，思辨能力强，沟通能力强；有较好的领导力。
4、基础素质：诚信，具有强烈的事业心、不达目的不罢休、百折不挠的精神。
