3、熟悉并发与异步编程模型，有高性能、低延迟系统开发经验；
4、熟练掌握测试驱动开发方法，能够独立完成单元测试、集成测试与性能测试；
5、熟悉常见中间件、数据库与消息队列，理解其在高并发交易系统中的应用场景；
6、具备扎实的计算机基础，良好的编码习惯与文档习惯；
