1、项目全生命周期管理
①主导新产品从设计验证（DVT）到量产（MP）的全过程，制定项目计划、时间表、里程碑，并监控执行。
②协调跨部门团队（研发、工程、生产、采购、质量等）推动项目按计划落地。
③识别项目风险（如技术瓶颈、供应链问题），制定应急预案并推动解决。
2、跨部门协同与沟通
①作为核心接口，链接研发团队与制造团队，确保设计（DFM）与生产工艺（DFA）的可实现性。
②组织阶段性评审会议（如试产评审、量产评审），确保关键节点达成。
③向管理层定期汇报项目进度、资源需求及潜在问题。
3. 成本与资源管控
①监控项目预算，优化生产流程以降低BOM成本（如替代料验证）和制造成本。
②协调资源（人力、设备、供应商）确保试产和量产顺利推进。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上NPI项目管理经验，有3C消费类电子行业经验优先；
2、掌握新产品导入的生产过程和工艺流程；
3、熟悉3C消费类电子项目导入流程，对项目schedule整体把控能力强，对产能&成本有一定的理解，有敏锐的风险识别能力；
4、解决和推进项目过程中的各项异常，良好的沟通协调能力，工作积极主动，有较强的执行力。
