岗位职责
1、方案设计：对接企业客户需求，完成AI场景调研、技术可行性分析及解决方案设计。
2、产品研发：负责定制化AI模型（开源）与微调（包括但不限于NLP/CV/推荐系统等领域）。
3、产品部署:主导AI模型的产品化落地，完成从POC验证到生产环境部署的全流程。
4、产品迭代：跟踪行业前沿技术趋势，集合新的AI技术不断进行产品迭代。

任职要求：
1、学历要求：计算机/数学/统计学全日制本科及以上学历，2年以上AI项目落地经验（学术项目也可）。
2、专业技能：精通Python及主流AI框架（TensorFlow/PyTorch/PaddlePaddle），掌握Fine-tuning技术，有BERT、GPT等大模型调优，
云平台AI服务（AWS SageMaker/Azure ML/阿里云PAI），了解CI/CD及MLOps相关工具链。
3、工作经验：具备完整的企业级AI项目落地经验，熟悉模型服务化技术（Flask/Docker/K8s）。
4、综合能力：工程化能力、创新能力、沟通协调能力。

2、出色的客户需求理解和技术转化能力；
3、有行业知识图谱构建经验。
