9、具有完整的应用开发周期经验，熟悉设计、编码、测试、部署等各阶段工作;
10、具有优秀的文档能力，能够熟练运用各种office工具编写出条理清晰、逻辑性强的概要设计文档、详细设计文档；
11、具有良好的沟通能力、理解能力及团队合配精神，责任心强；
12、使用过或了解过统信、麒麟操作系统、达梦数据库或其他国产化应用。
