【岗位职责】
1、负责所属产品和项目的设计、开发、测试与维护工作，根据项目需求按时按质完成模块的编码实现等任务。
2、参与技术方案的讨论与制定，跟进行业新技术、新框架的研究与应用，提升团队技术水平。
3、能快速定位解决客户使用中的技术问题；
4、对特定问题进行分析提供解决方案；
5、能运用 shell 脚本或 python 脚本完成日常开发辅助工作，如服务部署自动化、数据批量处理、日志分析等。
【任职要求】
1、Java基础扎实，理解IO、多线程、集合等基础组件，对JVM原理有一定的了解、熟悉微服务架构；
2、熟悉技术栈SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Mysql、Oracle、Redis、微服务、容器；
3、具备 shell 脚本编写能力，能独立完成服务启停、日志筛选、批量执行命令等日常运维操作。
4、掌握 Python 基础语法，能运用 Python 进行数据处理、接口自动化测试或开发简单工具脚本。
6、能够理解需求，对核心模块进行设计开发和性能优化，有高性能、高可用服务开发，以及缓存、存储、并发等场景处理经验；
7、具备较强的逻辑思维能力、良好的沟通能力、执行能力、学习能力和创新能力。
