岗位职责：
1、系统开发与架构
(1) 负责公司核心Web应用的后端架构设计与开发实现
(2) 构建高可用、高并发的API服务，确保系统稳定性与性能优化
(3) 参与技术选型和架构演进，制定*佳实践方案
2、产品协作与交付
(1) 深度参与产品需求分析，将业务逻辑转化为技术实现方案
(2) 与前端、产品、设计团队紧密协作，保障项目高质量交付
(3) 负责系统部署、监控和运维，建立完善的服务保障体系
岗位要求：
1、具有3年以上Python web开发经验，有大型互联网项目工作经验者或分布式系统开发经验者优先考虑。
2、熟练掌握FastAPI/Django/Flask等Python Web框架（FastAPI经验优先）
3、熟练掌握SQLAlchemy/Tortoise-ORM/DjangoM进行数据库开发
4、熟练掌握：Oracle、DB2、MSSqlServer、MySql或者国产数据库等，并至少精通其中一种。
5、具备异步编程能力（Celery、WebSocket、异步任务处理）
