量化交易基础：了解常用量化策略（CTA、套利、趋势跟踪、因子模型等），具备实际策略开发和回测经验；
数据处理能力：熟悉金融数据获取、清洗、特征工程及分析；具备数据库操作经验（MySQL、PostgreSQL、Redis等）；
沟通与学习能力：具备良好的逻辑思维能力和团队协作能力，能够快速学习新算法和新工具。
