岗位职责：
1、负责企业级客户AI智算大模型项目需求的技术落地，结合机器学习及模型平台，向客户提供方案评估，实施，演示，部署等全流程，能够洞察技术细节，解决具体需求；
2、能够从业务、产品、技术层面对项目实施过程把控, 负责客户界面的技术沟通，包括对内外的技术方案培训，趋势分析及方案优化等；
3、结合业务应用和交付场景沉淀孵化大模型交付服务方案，可应用开源工具或开发大模型交付工具推进方案落地；
4、协调跨部门资源，组织算法或大模型产品团队进行技术研发、验证及部署工作，保证算法解决方案按时高质量交付。
任职要求：
1、拥有自然语言处理、机器学习、人工智能或计算机科学等相关专业背景，两年以上相关工作经验，且至少一年大模型开发经历；
2、熟悉问答系统、自然语言处理、文本挖掘、知识表示和推理等相关领域；
3、需要有基于 docker/k8s 的项目运维交付经验；
4、具备大模型开发实践经验，熟悉智能体、RAG、LangChain、向量数据库等技术者优先；
5、编程基础扎实，精通至少一种编程语言（如Java、Python、C/C++、Golang等）；
6、学习能力强，沟通协调能力优秀，有ToC场景经验者优先。
