4、熟悉Redis缓存、消息队列等中间件应用场景和使用经验；
5、熟悉面向对象编程，了解常用设计模式，拥有良好的代码书写和编程习惯；
6、熟练使用git代码管理与版本控制，能够解决代码冲突问题；
7、可使用JQuery、Ajax、HTML、CSS、Bootstrap等前端技术进行后台页面开发；
8、具备较强的逻辑思维、统筹能力，能够快速定位问题解决问题；
9、能承担工作压力，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
