2.精通J2EE及面向对象设计，深入理解Spring Cloud/Boot、MyBatis原理；具备高并发、高性能系统设计及调优经验。
3.精通MySQL/Oracle数据库设计及SQL调优；熟练使用Redis/Memcache缓存技术及至少一种主流MQ消息队列。
4.熟悉Linux环境，掌握Docker容器化部署及Nginx/Tomcat配置。
5.熟悉AI应用开发技术Spring Al、Spring AI Alibaba、LangChain4j、Dify、具备RAG(检索增强生成)、Agent、MCP、工作流实战经验;
6.熟练使用各种AI工具辅助编码落地经验；
7.具备良好的文档习惯、沟通协作能力及复杂问题排查能力，对新技术保持敏锐度。
