岗位职责
1、核心系统开发：负责公司核心业务系统的后端设计与开发，确保系统的高性能、高并发处理能力和高可用性。
2、JVM调优：深入分析和解决JVM性能瓶颈，包括但不限于内存溢出(OOM)、频繁GC、线程阻塞等问题，精通堆栈分析、GC日志分析，能进行JVM参数调优。
3、系统级优化：主导或参与系统性能瓶颈的排查与优化，涵盖代码、数据库、缓存、消息队列等各环节，持续提升系统吞吐量和响应速度。
4、高并发架构设计：参与或主导高并发场景下的技术方案设计，如秒杀、促销、实时数据处理等，设计并实现可靠的限流、降级、熔断、幂等、分布式锁等机制。
5、技术难题攻关：解决复杂的技术难题，如分布式事务一致性、缓存与数据库双写一致性、海量数据处理等。
6、代码质量与规范：编写高质量、可维护的代码，进行Code Review，推动团队技术规范落地。
